Conexant driver for vista

I ran the Vista Upgrade advisor RC and every part for my laptop has a Vista driver except for the audio. It is the Conexant High Definition Audio device. HP only has XP and win drivers. I need to know if there's a driver for my audio device. Even my Canon iD printer has a Vista driver I'd never thought that Canon would even release one for a 3 year old printer.
