I am a long time student of the Kenwood Hybrid Transceivers. I troubleshoot, repair, and perform full factory service manual alignments. I also will on a limited basis perform email and telephone consultation in an effort to help a KW hybrid owner resolve operational issues.

Most of the schematics I've found on the Internet are poor resolution, sometimes unreadable. They are usually presented in 2 or more randomly split, crooked sections as well. What I needed were complete schematics, renewable, that were big enough to read easily. The solution is to accurately scan and join the schematics into high resolution images that can be printed at sizes up to 36" wide with very high detail.

This allows me to comfortably read the schematic without need for anything other than my normal reading glasses. If you print these schematics 36" wide, they will be approximately double the size as given in the service manuals, which turns out to be just about right! Kinkos can print pages up to 36" wide, if you either use their online service, or hand-carry a CD into one of their locations. I'm sure other office-supply stores can provide large format prints as well.

My printer is limited to legal size, which is even smaller than the schematics Kenwood provides! These images will be provided in PDF format, in color as the little snippet above demonstrates.
